All
shipments are F.O.B. Clayton, Michigan unless otherwise stated.
Small
orders (under 150 pounds) are usually shipped via UPS ground.
Faster shipping is available upon request.
Orders
under 1 pound may be shipped USPS First Class or Priority
Mail.
Heavier
items such as equipment will be shipped via truck freight
using the carrier of your choice. If a product is damaged
in transit, the consignee must file a claim with the carrier.
Applicable
shipping charges will be added to your invoice.
In
the unlikely event part of your order is backordered, we will
pay the shipping on the backordered items.
For
your convenience, we accept a variety of payment methods.
Net-30 terms for those with approved credit, check, money
order, Visa and Mastercard are all accepted.
All
parts and equipment manufactured by Fischell Machinery LLC
carry a 90-day limited warranty. This warranty ensures that
all parts and equipment will be free from manufacturer's defects
for a period of 90 days. This warranty does not cover defects
caused by misuse or abuse of the product in question. Use
of products in a manner other than for what they were intended
voids this warranty.
Our
Return Policy
Parts
that are deemed defective may be exchanged for the same item
within 90 days of purchase, pursuant to our warranty terms.
Freight charges will be paid by Fischell Machinery.
Other
parts and equipment may be returned within 30 days of purchase
for a refund, subject to a 10% restocking fee.
We
do not collect personal information on this site. We respect
your privacy and firmly believe in an "opt-in" policy.
This means we will never sell your information to anyone else,
and we will never share your information with anyone else
unless you tell us to do so.
